Check-in

Check-in is from 11h30-17h00 on the day of arrival. Please let us know when you will be arriving: Alternatively, call/WhatsApp on +27 (0)81 317 3810.

On arrival, please make your way to our check-in station, or straight to your tent if you have been sent a tent number.

Checking in after 18h00? Please contact us to make arrangements. Late arrival will be allocated remaining tents.

Check-out

Check-out time is 10h30am. Our cleaning team will be arriving shortly after. Please make sure you vacate your tent by 10h30am so we have enough time to pack up all the tents.

Late check-out Please note that a late check-out fee of R350 can be charged if guests do not check out by 10h00am. We follow a thorough cleaning process and need time to get the tents ready for our next guests. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
